# Limitations and open issues

- **Bindings to elements:** `field.text`, `box.checked`, and `slider.value` follow user interaction, except for IDs inside a `repeat` (use signals and state there). Other element values (`x`, `width`, another element's `pressed`) are read when an expression runs.
- **`lazy`** requires equally sized cells and applies only to vertical scrolling.
- **Animations:** AURA provides `animate` (with `delay` and `when`), `enter`, `exit`, `loop`, `spin`, `pressSink`, `Ripple`, Rive, and animated `contentY`/`contentX`. A transition has at most one intermediate value (`via`); for more stages, distribute them across elements using `delay`.
